At Simuero, we take pride in the artisanal quality of our handcrafted jewelry, but if your piece isn't quite right, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Please ensure items are unworn and in their original packaging to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the jewelry in its original Simuero box and protective pouch to prevent any damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our studio receives and inspects the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
