Where are Simuero pieces made?
Every piece is designed and handcrafted in our workshop in Valencia, Spain, using traditional techniques and sustainable materials.
How long will it take to receive my order?
As many of our pieces are made to order, please allow 5-10 business days for production. Shipping typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your location.
What materials do you use?
We primarily work with 18k gold-plated silver and recycled 925 sterling silver. All our gemstones are natural and responsibly sourced.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging. Please note that custom-made pieces are final sale.
How do I find my ring size?
We provide a comprehensive size guide on each product page. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for our wider, textured bands.
